Infinity Line™ – Terms of Use

Welcome to Infinity Line™, a voice-powered, AI-enabled receptionist service designed to elevate guest experiences for boutique hotels and guesthouses. By accessing, subscribing to, or using any Infinity Line™ service, website, dashboard, or related platform (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your relationship with Infinity Line™, a trading name of Voice Ai Pty Ltd, registered in South Africa.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Infinity Line™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.


2. Services Provided

Infinity Line™ offers voice-based AI receptionist services tailored for small to mid-sized hospitality properties. Depending on your selected plan (LightLine™, SmartLine™, or MaxLine™), services may include:

  • 24/7 call answering

  • Voice-based guest support and booking inquiries

  • Smart call routing and message alerts

  • Custom tone settings and concierge-style interactions

  • Lead tagging, follow-ups, and reports

Service features vary by plan and are subject to change or upgrade as technology evolves.


3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Terms

Infinity Line™ operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the listed monthly rate to your selected payment method.

3.2 Payment Method & Invoicing

Payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Invoices will be sent to your registered email. Failure to settle payment may result in service suspension.

3.3 Pricing Changes

We may update our pricing with 30 days’ written notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new rates.


4. Account & Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Maintain the security of login credentials

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

  • Not use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Infinity Line™ account.


5. Service Availability & Limitations

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Infinity Line™ does not guarantee 100% uptime. Our AI receptionist relies on third-party infrastructure and telecom integrations. We are not liable for outages or delays caused by such third-party systems.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend service if:

  • Your usage exceeds reasonable operational thresholds

  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate use

  • There is a violation of these Terms


6. Data Use & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. All call data, transcripts, and customer information are handled in accordance. You retain ownership of your customer data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality.

Voice recordings and transcripts may be reviewed by human staff under confidentiality agreements for training, support, or refinement purposes.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and technologies used in Infinity Line™ are the intellectual property of us. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain all rights to the content you provide, such as property FAQs, greetings, or custom instructions.


8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Payment is overdue by more than 14 days

  • Your use jeopardizes system integrity or legal compliance

Upon termination, your access to services and stored data will be revoked. We recommend exporting necessary information prior to closure.


9. Disclaimers

Infinity Line™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Infinity Line™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the past three (3) months for the Services


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Line™ and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.


12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
