Parent/Guardian Supervision

I understand that this is not a drop-off event. At least one parent or guardian must remain at the studio throughout the party and is responsible for supervising the child(ren) in their care.

Safe Participation & Behaviour

I agree that my child(ren) and I will follow staff instructions and participate safely and respectfully. I understand that unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave the event.

Participation & Liability Acknowledgement

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) registered and consent to their participation. I understand that dancing, games, and physical activities carry risks, including accidental injury. To the extent permitted by law, I release Positive Dance Experience, its staff, instructors, and volunteers from liability for claims arising from participation in this event.

Photography & Video Consent

I give permission for Positive Dance Experience to photograph and record me and my child(ren) during the event and use these images and videos on its website, social media, and printed promotional materials, without compensation. I understand that these materials may be publicly viewed. I may withdraw consent for future use by contacting the studio.

No-Refund Policy

I understand that all Halloween Party registration fees are non-refundable, including in cases of illness, scheduling conflicts, changes of plans, or removal due to unsafe behaviour, except where a refund is required by law.
