What To Bring

Please ensure your child arrives with the following items:

Football uniform or comfortable sports gear

Football boots and sneakers

Large drink bottle, snacks, and lunch

Rain jacket and wet weather clothing

Towel and a spare change of clothes

Hat and sunscreen

Any required medication

Arrival & Check-In

Please aim to arrive 15–20 minutes before the 9:00 AM start time to allow enough time for check-in.

Our coaches will be on site earlier preparing the fields, so early drop-off can be accommodated if required.

Collection / Pick-Up

The standard programme finishes at 2:00 PM

Please ensure children are collected promptly at the scheduled finish time.

Wet Weather Plan

The Football Camp will operate in all weather conditions.

If there is rain, sessions will move indoors and make use of the clubrooms where possible. If conditions improve, activities may transition back outside.

Weather updates will be sent via email by 8:00 AM on the day if there are any changes.

If no email is sent, the programme will proceed as normal.

If my child sustains an injury, I waive any claims against the football program, including its coaches, affiliates, fellow participants, supporting organizations, advertisers, and, if applicable, the owners and landlords of the premises where the event is held. Engaging in sports activities, including football, inherently carries a risk of injury, which may include but is not limited to fractures, paralysis, or even fatality.
