Non-Refundable Purchase Terms and Conditions for Kids Business Expo Booth Sales

By purchasing a booth for the Kids Business Expo scheduled for November 16, 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All booth purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as explicitly stated herein.

2. The deadline for booth purchases is November 1, 2024. Any purchases made after this date are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before October 16, 2024 (30 days prior to the event) will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booth purchase price. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 16, 2024.

4. Event organizers reserve the right to deny admission or booth rental to any business that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of local, state, and federal law. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Booth transfers may be permitted at the organizer's discretion. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing no later than November 1, 2024.

6. All exhibitors must comply with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to their business and industry. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

7. Kids Biz Expo reserves the right to make changes to the event date, venue, or format if necessary. In such cases, exhibitors will be notified promptly and given the option to participate in the modified event or receive a full refund.

8. By purchasing a booth, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kids Biz Expo, its organizers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the event.

9. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The most current version will be available on the official Kids Business Expo website.
