Ace's Mobile Tire Service

By signing below, I authorize Ace's Mobile Tire Service to perform mobile tire services on my vehicle. I understand the work may include removing and installing tires, changing wheels, balancing tires, and using a jack or similar equipment.

I acknowledge that Ace's Mobile Tire Service, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for:

• Any pre-existing damage or defects

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic wheel or rim damage

• Alignment or brake performance issues unrelated to the service

• Damage caused by weather, road debris, or conditions beyond reasonable control

I accept all responsibility for notifying the technician of any safety concerns before work begins. I also agree to inspect my vehicle after the service is completed.

I release and hold harmless Ace's Mobile Tire Service, its employees, and contractors from any liability, claim, or expense related to this mobile tire service, except where caused by proven gross negligence.
