I understand the $100 vendor fee is paid in full at checkout and that my application is not approved until The Patieaux Chick confirms it in writing. The Patieaux Chick may decline any vendor or product at its sole discretion, without giving a reason. If my application is declined, my vendor fee will be refunded in full. Once I’m approved, the fee is non-refundable, including if I cancel, don’t show up, arrive late, or leave early. My fee covers one space at the holiday market on Saturday, December 12, 2026. The event date will only change if severe weather, a government order, or a safety emergency makes it unsafe to hold the event that day. In that case, my space carries over to the new date. If The Patieaux Chick cancels the event and does not set a new date, my vendor fee will be refunded. The Patieaux Chick assigns all spaces and sets setup and take-down times. I’ll sell only the products approved in my application, keep my booth family-friendly, and remove any item when asked. I can’t share or sublet my space. I’m responsible for my own staff, products, equipment, and property, and for any sales tax permit, health or food permit, and insurance my business needs, and I’ll show proof if asked. Electricity is only provided if the team confirms it in writing. I take part at my own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, I RELEASE THE PATIEAUX CHICK, ITS OWNERS, TEAM, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS, AND THE OWNERS OF THE EVENT PROPERTY FROM ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY, LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE, AND I WILL COVER ANY CLAIM AGAINST THEM CAUSED BY MY PRODUCTS, STAFF, OR BOOTH. My Patieaux Business Guide listing stays active for as long as The Patieaux Chick publishes the Guide, and The Patieaux Chick controls its content and placement and may remove it. I grant The Patieaux Chick permission to use my business name, logo, and photos or video of my booth and team in any media, with no payment and no right to review or approve, and I confirm I have the rights to any logo I upload. I authorize this charge and agree to contact The Patieaux Chick before disputing it with my bank. Checking this box is my electronic signature. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
