Vendors can choose between:

10’ x 10’ Booth – Perfect for small displays, pop-up shops, and interactive tables.
10’ x 20’ Booth – Ideal for larger setups, expanded product lines, or dual-station activations.

NOTE: All Vendors will receive 4 wristbands that will be required to gain access to the event. Any additional wristbands will need to be purchased.

General Set Up: Table-top exhibit space consists of a 8-foot skirted table and two chairs for each 10 x 10 booth.

The location of your space will be decided by event staff, but all spaces are located in a high-traffic area.

Power will be supplied to those who have paid and requested power to their booths.

For Cold Snap and the Red Carpet Classic, the lighting in the space is dim so we recommend having some lighting to highlight items.

Booths are located in the same venue as the competition in a high traffic area but also has music playing throughout the days.

Exhibit booths must be staffed during official exhibit hours by representatives engaged in the display, demonstration or sale of the company’s products and services. Representatives must register online at doubleupcheer.ca and wear the wristbands provided by Double Up at all times while in event area.

Terms of Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing or via email by two weeks prior to the event to [email protected]
All refunds will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the events.

Liability and Security: Each Vendor must make provisions for the safeguarding of its goods, materials, equipment, and display at all times. DOUBLE UP CHEER PRODUCTIONS assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Double Up Cheer Productions assumes no obligation or duty with respect to the protection of property of exhibitors, which shall at all times be the responsibility of each exhibitor. Each party agrees to be responsible for their own property through insurance and to be responsible for any claims arising out their own negligence or that of their employees or agents. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the event premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Double Up Cheer Productions, the venue, and its agents from any and all such losses.

General: Any matters and questions not covered by these Guidelines, Terms & Conditions are subject to the decision of DOUBLE UP CHEER PRODUCTIONS Organizing Committee who may amend these Guidelines, Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments made shall be equally binding on all parties affected by them as if they are original Guidelines, Terms & Conditions. DOUBLE UP CHEER PRODUCTIONS organizers will give written notice of any amendment or addition to these regulations.
