Yearly Package Includes:

Mowing, edging, weed whacking, and blowing. Cutting height adjusts to lawn type and season. Trimming around front yard building and obstacles included. Sidewalks, driveways, and curbs are edged for a clean look.
Trimming includes front and back bushes/hedges, Podocarpus, Ligustrums, Robellini & Large Palm (1x/year), and Crape Myrtle (1x/year). Beds cleaned regularly. All debris under garden beds will be cleaned to keep them tidy, including behind Podocarpus by the fence.
Weed control for flower beds and hard surfaces, focusing on cracks and beds (once a month or as needed).
Monthly lawn treatment: root-strengthening fertilizer, pesticide for common lawn pests, fungicide to prevent disease, and weed & feed to promote healthy, green growth while controlling invasive weeds.
Monthly irrigation checkups: inspect system and adjust timer (repairs/parts not included).

Service Schedule:

High season (March to October): Weekly.

Low season (November to February): Bi-Weekly

Notes: Storm-related branch or tree removal is not included.

Overgrown fee policy - If at the time of service the lawn or overall property condition requires additional time, tools, or labor, such as excessive height, overgrown edges, excessive weeds, debris, or neglected areas, an additional fee may apply to cover the extra effort required to bring the property back to standard maintenance conditions.
