I understand I must be a current member to participate.

I agree to the terms and conditions:

1. I agree not to hold the Pearl Ellis Gallery of Fine Arts Society or any of their members, staff or volunteers liable for any damage, loss or injury to person, persons or property sustained by reason of any accident or incident occurring in or about the Pearl Ellis Gallery. 

2. I understand that The Pearl will charge a participation fee, and this fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the show is canceled by The Pearl.

3. I understand that Pearl Ellis Gallery will withhold 20% of all sales. 

4. I understand that Pearl Ellis Gallery reserves the right to modify the show schedule, content, or participants. Participants will be notified of such changes via email.

5. I understand that participants are expected to engage in respectful interaction with Pearl Ellis Gallery board members and volunteers, and with fellow participants.

6. I understand participant information collected, stored, and used by Pearl Ellis Gallery will not be shared with any third parties. Photos will be taken of the exhibition to share in our social media platforms, but participants are welcome opt out.   

7. I understand that any and all insurance coverage on exhibited work is the responsibility of the artist.

8. I agree to the hanging requirements.

9. I agree to the show policy.
