The sessions are 2-3 hours long. I like to give space so that we have time to talk and unpack anything that might be needed. 

We’ll do the session over Zoom or in-person. For Zoom, I'll send you the link to log on to at the time of our session. For in-person, I'll connect with you beforehand to confirm details about location. (I have access to a studio in Louisville, KY or I can come to you.)

Once you book, I’ll send you some more information on how to set up and prepare.
