Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Non-Medical Services

The Client understands and agrees that the services provided by Christian Health Collective Coaches are for personal, professional, or wellness coaching purposes only. The Coaches are not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or any other licensed healthcare professional. The Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, illnesses, or diseases.

2. No Medical Advice

The Client understands that any discussions, advice, suggestions, or information provided by the Coaches during sessions are not to be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or recommendations. The services are intended to support personal development and wellness goals but are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

3. Consulting with Medical Professionals

The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for seeking the advice of a licensed medical professional for any medical or health-related concerns. If the Client has or suspects they may have a medical condition, they agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider promptly.

4. Voluntary Participation

The Client acknowledges that their participation in coaching sessions is entirely voluntary. The Client assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching sessions and understands that the outcomes of coaching may vary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coaches shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Client’s reliance on any information or advice provided during coaching sessions. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coaches from any claims or liabilities.

6. No Guarantees

The Client understands and agrees that the Coach does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from coaching sessions.
