We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong copywriter and creative thinker who can translate strategy into clear briefs, write copy that converts, and keep creative moving across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Write ad copy, funnel copy, email copy, and webinar slide copy across client accounts.
Build clear creative briefs for the Designer and Video Editor to execute against.
Translate the Growth Strategist's direction into shipped creative.
Share creative direction and vision with clients and the internal team.
Review work product from the Designer and Video Editor before it goes to the client.
Contribute ideas on hooks, angles, and tests; do research and data review to inform creative decisions.
Communicate with clients on the creative side - updates, what's shipping, what's being tested.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, creative strategy, or a similar role in an agency or in-house growth team.
Familiarity with info-product, coaching, or DTC brand marketing is a plus
Strong copywriting skills across direct-response formats — ads, funnels, emails, VSL scripts.
Experience briefing designers and video editors and reviewing creative output.
Working understanding of paid social and direct-response funnels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok).
Excellent written communication and ability to adapt voice and tone across client brands.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts at once.
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) and Google Workspace.
