Customer Labor Rate

Customer Labor Rate: The labor rate for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) services provided by OSAS is $225.00 per hour per technician. There is a minimum 4 hour per technician call out for after hours work. There are no additional fees for overtime, or holiday rates.

Travel Expenses: Travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage for personal vehicles or company vehicles, will be billed as pass-through costs. Return travel to the technician’s home base will also be billed unless the technician is immediately dispatched to another job following the completion of this assignment.

Per Diem: Domestic: $75.00 per day per technician. International: $110.00 per day per technician.

Technician Preparation Time: Two man-hours per technician will be billed for travel arrangements and tooling/equipment setup.

Wait Time: Customers will be billed at $225.00 per hour per technician for up to 8 hours per day while waiting on parts. If the customer opts to cancel the technician’s assignment and call them off the job while waiting on parts, the customer will be charged for round-trip travel expenses for the technician’s return to the job site once parts are received.
