Horse riding is an inherently risky activity. While Bartley Riding Academy takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, participation is at the rider's own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times, and all visitors are expected to follow staff instructions and help maintain a safe environment around horses.
Lesson fees must be paid in full before the beginning of the lesson
Refunds are not available for lessons
Camp fees must be paid in full by the invoice due date to secure your place.
Places may be offered to another rider if payment is not received by the due date.
Drop-off and pick-up times must be adhered to.
Refunds are not available except where a rider is unable to attend due to illness or injury and a medical certificate is provided at least 24 hours before the start of the camp. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued.
It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, or learning needs that may affect participation.
Parents/guardians will be contacted if a rider is injured during the programme.
Parents and spectators are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas.
