You have the choice of completing a FREE 21 day trial of SoS (on top of your normal allocation of sessions)..... and you can even do a 1-1 'intro' session' with Kate first if you like. Just choose which you prefer below :=)

Membership options that include SOS range between £99 - £149. Are you happy they fit your budget? (don't forget you can also access your Large Group Sessions too as part of any m'ship....AND you're not tied in to an SoS m'ship either....can swap back to LGPT anytime!)
