Market Research Associate
(Remote, US Only)
If you’ve ever worked as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, coder, or biller, (or just have a love for U.S. healthcare system in general), you know the patterns and the chaos.
Now, imagine putting that insight to work in a different way, by helping leading healthcare organizations make smarter, data-informed decisions.
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, design-minded Market Research Associate to join our team. Someone who loves well-structured reports, crisp writing, clean visuals, and finding clarity in the mess.
You’ll go beyond collecting data; you’ll help tell the story it reveals.
What You’ll Do:
Support end-to-end research efforts focused on hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data, turning complex findings into crisp insights.
Collaborate with our experienced research team to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay on top of healthcare trends, policy shifts, and industry movements.
Help craft client deliverables that are both informative and visually engaging.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding, or a related healthcare documentation field.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism, or similar.
Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Keynote; bonus points for graphic design skills.
A solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and how hospitals operate.
What You’ll Get:
A full-time role with competitive hourly pay.
A collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment that values your voice.
Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and stepping into strategic work.
The chance to make a tangible impact without the burnout of direct patient care.
If you're ready to grow, learn, and bring your behind-the-scenes healthcare experience to the forefront of strategy and insight, we want to meet you.
This Role Isn't For You If:
⤷ You prefer highly structured, repetitive tasks with minimal variation
⤷ You’re not comfortable working independently or managing your own time and priorities
⤷ You’re not interested in writing, synthesizing information, or creating client-facing reports
⤷ You tend to overlook small details or feel drained by tasks that require deep focus and accuracy
⤷ You’re not particularly drawn to research, design thinking, or exploring complex topics
⤷ You prefer a slower-paced environment with little change/ or ambiguity
⤷ You’re not interested in learning more about the U.S. healthcare system
This Role Is For You If:
⤷ You enjoy researching complex topics and translating them into clear, useful insights
⤷ You take pride in producing clean, well-structured, visually engaging work
⤷ You’re curious about healthcare systems and how things work behind the scenes
⤷ You’re self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time
⤷ You care about the how just as much as the what - structure, formatting, clarity, aesthetics
⤷ You thrive in environments where you can learn quickly, adapt, and contribute ideas
⤷ You’re excited about being part of a thoughtful, mission-driven team working at the intersection of research, strategy, and impact
