DEPOSIT: I agree to pay a $50+hst non-refundable deposit to secure my appointment

CANCELLATION: I agree to provide a minimum 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. I understand that my deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancelation or reschedule after the 48 hour period or a no-show without notice.
