Minor cosmetic variations, surface discoloration, or engraving depth differences
Pre-existing scratches, blemishes, or defects that become visible after engraving
Any loss of warranty or value resulting from the engraving process

The customer further agrees that no replacement, refund, or compensation shall be due unless gross negligence or willful misconduct is proven.
