Release of Liability

Assumption of risk. I understand that my child’s participation in In a Pinch Subs involves ordinary risks, including minor injuries, illness, and exposure to allergens or germs, even with reasonable supervision and care.

Release. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I voluntarily release and hold harmless the organizers, staff, volunteers, and host facility from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my child’s participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Medical authorization. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child. I accept responsibility for any resulting medical costs.

Accuracy and conduct. I confirm all information provided is accurate and complete, including allergies and health needs. I understand staff may contact me to pick up my child if illness or behavior makes continued participation unsafe.

Pickup. My child will be released only to me or the people I have listed as authorized for pickup.
