ABOUT OUR AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

We're excited to partner with you to build a custom automation system designed specifically for your business.

Our systems are built to help business owners save time, improve efficiency, streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, improve customer communication, and support long-term business growth.

To make automation more accessible and affordable, we have introduced a new financing option.

HOW OUR PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS

Step 1:
Pay the required $1,000 Setup Fee.

Step 2:
Our team will conduct a 7-day evaluation period to review your project requirements, business needs, automation goals, technical requirements, and overall scope.

Step 3:
Your project will be assigned to the appropriate automation tier.

SS Tier 2 – Semi-Advanced Automation System
Total Project Cost: $5,000
$1,000 Setup Fee
Finance $4,000

SS Tier 3 – Advanced Automation System
Total Project Cost: $7,500+
$1,000 Setup Fee
Finance Remaining Balance

Step 4:
Once your tier has been assigned and approved, the remaining project balance will be financed over 12 months.

HOSTING REQUIREMENT

All automation systems require hosting through ShannKenn Systems Automations.

Hosting Fee:
$200 Per Month

Hosting includes:

• CRM Platform Access
• Automation Hosting
• System Monitoring
• Account Management
• Platform Maintenance
• GoHighLevel System Access

Failure to maintain hosting may result in interruption of automation services.

⚠️⚠️IMPORTANT: A2P BUSINESS IDENTITY REQUIRMENTS⚠️⚠️

Mobile carriers have significantly increased their fraud prevention requirements through A2P 10DLC regulations. As a result, your legal business name, website, domain, business email, EIN, and branding must all represent the same business.

If this information does not match, your SMS messaging may be rejected, suspended, or permanently blocked by the mobile carriers—even after your system has been built.

To protect your investment and ensure your automation system can be fully activated, the information listed below must match.

• Your legal business name (LLC or Corporation)

• Your EIN records

• Your website domain

• Your business email domain

• The business name displayed on your website

For example, if your legal business name is "ABC Consulting LLC," your website, business email, and branding should clearly represent that same business.

If, after we begin building your automation system, you refuse to make the compliance changes required for A2P approval, we will be unable to complete your project.

OPTIONAL MAINTENANCE PLANS

Maintenance plans are optional but recommended.

Maintenance plans are available for clients who want ongoing support, updates, troubleshooting, optimization, and system changes after launch.

Hosting + 2 Hours — $400/month
(Includes 2 hours of system updates or changes each month — $100/hr)
Hosting + 4 Hours — $600/month
(Includes 4 hours of system updates or changes each month — $100/hr)
Hosting + 6 Hours — $770/month
(Includes 6 hours of system updates or changes each month — $95/hr)
Hosting + 8 Hours — $950/month ⭐
(Includes 8 hours of system updates or changes each month — $93.75/hr — Best Value)

SETUP FEE REFUND POLICY

The $1,000 setup fee is refundable only during the initial 7-day evaluation period.

Any approved refund request submitted during the evaluation period will be processed minus any applicable processing fees.

After the 7-day evaluation period has ended, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The following items are not included in the automation build fee and remain the responsibility of the client:

• Domain name registration (if required)
• Business email accounts
• Third-party software subscriptions
• Payment processor fees
• SMS, email, phone, and usage charges
• Any required licenses or subscriptions outside of the automation system
• Compliance requirements specific to the client's industry

Participate in the 7-day project evaluation and review process.
Receive your automation tier assignment and project recommendation.

Begin your custom automation build.

Automation Terms & Evaluation Acknowledgments

I understand that the $1,000 setup fee is refundable only during the initial 7-day evaluation period.

(2.) *

I understand that after the 7-day evaluation period has ended, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

(3.) *

I understand that my automation project will be evaluated during the 7-day evaluation period to determine the appropriate automation tier and final project scope.

(4.) *

I understand that my project may be assigned to SS Tier 1, SS Tier 2, or SS Tier 3 based on complexity and business requirements.

(5.) *

I understand that any remaining project balance will be financed over 12 months after my tier assignment has been approved.

(6.) *

I understand that hosting is required for all automation systems and is billed separately at $200 per month.

(7.) *

I understand that maintenance plans are optional and not included in the required hosting fee.

(8.) *

I understand that delays in providing requested information, assets, access credentials, approvals, or communication may delay project completion.

(9.) *

I understand that ShannKenn Systems Automations reserves the right to decline projects that are outside of our scope, expertise, or compliance standards.

(10.) *

By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you understand these requirements and agree to make any necessary changes required to meet current A2P and carrier compliance standards. I understand that my legal business name, EIN, website, domain, business email, and branding must be consistent for A2P approval. If changes are required to meet carrier compliance requirements, I agree to make those changes before my SMS automation can be activated.
