The Patient Advisory Council is a quarterly meeting where patients can share feedback about their experience at Elevated Community Health in an informal setting.
Our service line leaders will be there to ask questions, listen, and hear your feedback directly.
Details: Food and drinks will be provided, along with childcare. Attendees will also receive a $20 gift card for their participation. This session will be bilingual.
