I understand the risks involved in surf coaching, skateboarding, mobility, and breath training. I release OMBE Surf Pty Ltd and its partners from all claims or liabilities arising from participation. In case of injury, I consent to medical treatment and will cover associated costs. I agree to follow all instructions from OMBE Surf staff and contractors. I consent to the use of my image and likeness in promotional materials without compensation. This release is governed by Queensland law. I agree to the Waiver & Liability Agreement, Terms of Service, Release Agreement, and Privacy Policy. I consent to receive communications from OMBE Surf via text and email.
