I understand that participation in programs offered by Universal Peace Foundation California (UPF Cal), including Yoga, Meditation, Kalaripayattu, Kathak, Music, Bhagavad Gita, and related cultural and wellness programs, may involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks for myself and/or my child and confirm that any relevant medical condition, injury, or limitation has been disclosed. In consideration of participation, I release and discharge Universal Peace Foundation California, its officers, directors, instructors, employees, and volunteers from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation or ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that certain meditation, focus, spiritual, or instructional techniques may be intended for personal practice and agree not to teach, record, reproduce, or distribute materials specifically identified by UPF Cal as confidential or restricted without prior written consent. If signing for a minor, I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and authorize their participation. I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver for myself and/or my child.
