Estate Cleanout Authorization

By clicking “I Agree,” I authorize U-Bid Auctions, LLC to perform estate cleanout services at the listed property. Services may include dumpster coordination, heavy lifting, hauling, donation, disposal, and preparation of the home for sale. Items may be evaluated for online auction when applicable.

I confirm I have legal authority to approve these services and grant property access. I understand that not all items have resale value and authorize U-Bid to donate or dispose of items as needed.

Payment will be made according to the option selected (pay at closing, monthly payments, or upon completion). U-Bid is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear related to cleanout activities.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the property is located. Clicking “I Agree” constitutes my electronic signature.
