PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED before any SCHEDULING requests will be confirmed

BOARD/DAY & TRAIN CLIENTS need to schedule both DROP-OFF & PICK-UP as soon as PAYMENT is submitted to secure their spot

PRIVATE SESSION CLIENTS will be given a single pass to reschedule without penalty. After this single pass has been used, all rescheduling requests will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of that session

TRAINING SESSIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED OUT 1x/WK & CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED once on the schedule, except on an emergency basis as we are a small business with a limited capacity (5-6 NEW CLIENTS every 6x/WK)

Wolfman's Canines reserves the right to reschedule any session or appointment, as a result of the unpredictable nature of animal handling, inclement weather, & running a business out of our personal property, but will work around the client's schedule to set a new date and/or time.

All BEHAVIOR CONCERNS must be disclosed verbally or in writing

CLIENT understands that the positive reinforcement dog training provided by Wolfman’s Canines LLC is to intended to start a solid foundation with the dog and client; and SUCCESS IN TRAINING will come from consistency and follow up

AT-HOME EXERCISES & HOMEWORK: Owners are required to comply with all at-home training assignments before, between and after TRAINING for consistency and safety purposes

CLIENT EDUCATION (online): Owners must sign up for the DUNBAR ACADEMY prior to their first training session. These lessons and learning materials are crucial to every dog's training

Wolfman’s Canines LLC DOES NOT OFFER MONETARY REFUNDS for training that has been completed or is already scheduled and paid for unless it is an emergency situation

WAIVER OF NON-IMPROVEMENT: NO GUARANTEE, written or implied, will be provided for the length, longevity, or success of training as dogs are living, breathing creatures that require time to learn and change behavior. Our dog training programs form an ongoing partnership between our clients, their dog, and our dog trainer

We instead offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY. This means that we will continue to work with CLIENTS who are working hard and following our recommendations for as long as it takes. 1x FREE REFRESHER session per year for the rest of your dog’s life is included in WOLFPACK MEMBERSHIP

By attending any and all training sessions or programs, you are agreeing to the terms & policies laid out within this WOLFPACK PAPERWORK. This WOLFPACK PAPERWORK shall be legally binding between the CLIENT and Wolfman’s Canines LLC. By signing above and attending or participating in any and all training programs, the CLIENT is agreeing to the conditions laid out in the above PACK POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE and has had a chance to express any and all concerns either verbally or in written form. The above agreement releases Wolfman's Canines LLC, its staff, and any representatives from any and all liability which the CLIENT or their dog(s) may suffer including but not limited to injury, sickness, damage, or death resulting from participation in training or boarding. CLIENT hereby accepts and assumes, the known factors and potential limitations of their dog’s level of success in training. As lawful consideration for participating in training, the CLIENT hereby waives, releases, discharges and agrees not to sue and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wolfman’s Canines LLC and its employees from any expectation,or guarantee of improvement. Should the CLIENT assert a claim contrary to what has been agreed to in this WOLFPACK PAPERWORK, the CLIENT and associated claiming party shall be liable for all expenses (including attorney’s fees, court costs and consultant fees) incurred by both the CLIENT and the Wolfman’s Canines LLC. No waiver or modification of any provision herein shall be valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by both the CLIENT and Wolfman’s Canines LLC.
