Total Fees are paid by your clients and it will come out of their total refund amount. You will set your own preparer fee that will also come out of the clients refund and go directly to you.
The Transmitter fee and the technology fee will be combined on the tax return if so the fee will say: $79.98

Return Review Fee: $00.00 This fee is paid for by the Tax Professional (PTIN Holder)
Tax Preparation Fee: This fee will be remitted to you in full for your services.
Technology Fee: This fee is directed towards compensating the developers of the tax software, covering updates and the creation of a customized mobile app.
Transmitter Fee: This fee covers the cost associated with transmitting returns directly to the IRS. This fee is paid to the tax software developer.
Service Bureau Fee: This fee is your compensation as the ERO for efficiently submitting returns to the Transmitter.
Return Review Fee: The Return Review Fee is paid to the reviewer of your return to ensure your processed returns that are sent to the IRS is in compliance. Returns that are submitted to the IRS that are out of compliance can be subject to penalties and fines paid by the PTIN Holder.
Add On Fees
This fee is an additional fee that you can retain for yourself. It will be included in your tax preparation fee and paid out to you with the tax preparation fee.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT:
By affixing your initials and signature to this form, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms:
1. ERO ADD ON Fees Selection:
By choosing to initial and sign this form, you affirm that you have personally selected all ERO ADD ON Fees associated with your tax preparation services. You are aware of the specific add-ons you have chosen and their respective payouts.
2. Payout and Direct Deposit:
You understand and agree that the payouts for each selected add-on will be disbursed according to the schedule provided to you. These payouts will be deposited directly into the bank account that you have designated and maintained on record.
3. Compliance with Tax Regulations:
You acknowledge that any fees received as part of the add-on services will be subject to taxation. You understand that in order to process these payouts, you will be required to complete a W-4 form, providing necessary tax information.
4. Tax Documentation - 1099NEC:
You are aware that, in compliance with tax regulations, you will be issued a Form 1099NEC for the purpose of tax filing. This form will accurately reflect the total compensation received from the ERO ADD ON Fees.
5. Fee Lock-In:
You acknowledge and understand that once the fees associated with the add-on services are embedded into the software, they cannot be altered or changed until the subsequent tax season. The selected fees will remain unchanged for the duration of the current tax season.
