To ensure professional scheduling, consistent training progress, and fair availability for all clients, the following terms apply to all BodyFixByAdam coaching and training packages.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any confirmed session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being deducted from your package.
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be counted as completed sessions.
Clients arriving late may receive a shorter session, with no extension or additional time guaranteed.
Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered at the discretion of BodyFixByAdam.

2. Package Validity & Expiration

To encourage consistency and ensure the effectiveness of your coaching program, all packages have a defined validity period starting from the date of the first scheduled session or program activation, whichever occurs first.

Small Packages (2–8 Sessions)

Valid for a maximum of 60 calendar days (approximately 8 weeks).
All purchased sessions must be completed within this period.

Extended Packages (9+ Sessions)

Valid for a maximum of 90 calendar days (approximately 12 weeks).
All sessions must be completed within the package validity period.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, a package extension may be considered upon written request.
Any extension must be approved in writing by BodyFixByAdam before the package expires.
Extensions are not automatic or guaranteed, and the total package duration will not exceed 90 calendar days unless a separate written agreement is made.

3. Unused & Expired Sessions

Any unused sessions remaining after the package expiration date will automatically expire.
Expired sessions cannot be carried forward, transferred to a new package, or reinstated without written approval.
Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Payments & Package Commitment

Coaching packages are purchased as a complete service commitment, not as individual sessions without an expiration date.
Once a package has started, unused sessions are not eligible for refunds due to personal schedule changes, travel, lack of attendance, or changes in availability, except where required by applicable law.
Sessions are non-transferable to another person unless approved in writing.

5. Coach-Initiated Changes

If BodyFixByAdam needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative appointment without losing the session. Where necessary, the package validity may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Client Agreement

By purchasing a coaching package, booking a session, or participating in the BodyFixByAdam training program after receiving these terms, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Package Validity Policy.

BodyFixByAdam reserves the right to enforce these terms to maintain professional standards, scheduling fairness, and consistent coaching quality, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
