Virtual Sport Psychology & Mental Performance Training for High School Athletes

The Fundamentals of a Strong Mindset is a four-session, semi-private sport psychology and mental performance training program for high school athletes who want to improve confidence, focus, emotional control, self-talk, and mental toughness.

Athletes meet virtually in a private Google Meet and learn practical mental skills they can use in practices, competition, school, and other high-pressure situations.

Monday, Sept. 14 | 6:30–7:15 p.m. CT
