DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
Booth Size: 20’ W x 20’ L (Setup limited to 9’ in height)
VENDOR PERMIT & SETUP DETAILS
The vendor permit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Selected spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors must abide by all Rules and Regulations regarding setup, teardown, and display requirements.
Each vendor will receive an electronic Vendor Permit, which must be displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle on event day to gain access.
Vendors are allowed to set up two hours before the event start time.
After unloading, vendors must park their vehicles in the designated vendor parking area (free of charge).
Vendors must dismantle booths by 6:00 PM on Market Day.
SALES TAX
Each vendor is responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying the Virginia state sales tax.

GENERAL RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
For and in consideration of the approval of this Vendor Application and participation in the event:
(a) The undersigned applicant hereby releases, acquits, and forever discharges Custom T's Motorsports Park from any and all claims, actions, costs, damages, and liabilities arising from participation in its events.
(b) The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Custom T's Motorsports Park, its owners, agents, staff, and affiliates harmless against any loss, damage, expense, or legal claims arising from their participation, including but not limited to:
Any agreements or transactions made between the applicant and third parties related to this event.
Any claims of personal injury or property damage caused by the applicant's actions, products, or negligence.
The applicant is responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vending at the event. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in fines, removal from the event, or forfeiture of fees.

CERTIFICATION SUBMISSION
I hereby certify that the information provided in this application is true and correct. I understand and agree to the vendor permit and set-up details, and that sales tax is my responsibility. Futhermore, I agree to carefully read the vendor rules agreement and agree to comply with them. I understand that failure to comply may result in termination of my vendor privileges without refund.
