Cancellation by Facilitator 

While this is never the intended outcome, the workshop may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

-Emergency situations affecting the facilitator or location event location

-Failure to meet the minimum number of participants required

-Events & circumstances beyond reasonable control

In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be notified of as soon as possible via email and/or phone number provided at the time of registration. 

Health & Safety

All forms of physical activity include some level of inherent risk. By enrolling in this workshop, you accept responsibility for consulting with a medical professional prior to starting or resuming any type of physical activity, including yoga. The facilitator is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the workshop. 

This session will include the use of air diffused and/or topical application of essential oils if desired. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities, including to essential oils, or dietary restrictions no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Participants are responsible for their health & wellness and are urged to listen to their body and not exceed their own physical limitations.
