I, the undersigned, hereby grant April Borden, Borden Management Group LLC, and its affiliates permission to use the photographs taken during my photo shoot on the above date for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use of name, image, and likeness on social media, websites, marketing materials, and other digital or print platforms related to the promotion of these businesses.

I, as the person hiring the photographer, confirm that I have the authority to grant permission on behalf of those pictured at this event for the use of their likeness in the photographs taken during the event. I understand it is my responsibility to inform those in attendance about this release.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, whether printed or digital, in which the photographs appear. I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of these images.
