No Refund Policy

All payments made to Z Three Athletics for sponsorships, event registrations, training sessions, and services are final and non-refundable.

Sponsorships & Advertising

  • Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • No refunds will be issued for event cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or business changes.

  • Sponsorship benefits will be honored as outlined in the agreement.

Training & Event Registrations

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, tournaments, or scheduled events.

  • In the event of postponement, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Z Three Athletics.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback violates this agreement. Any disputes will be contested, and legal action may be taken against fraudulent claims.
