I understand, acknowledge and appreciate that, as with any physical activity, there is some risk of physical injury and damage associated with my participation in yoga and I assume such risk. I represent that I am in good health and suffer from no physical impairment. In consideration of the privilege of participating in the yoga program sponsored by Universal Peace Foundation (UPF) & Universal Peace Foundation California (UPF Cal), I hereby release, discharge and relinquish Universal Peace Foundation & Universal Peace Foundation California, and its respective officers, volunteers and employees, of and from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any sort, for any injuries sustained in connection with my participation in the teacher training yoga program offered by UPF & UPF Cal. I agree that I should have completed a minimum 200 hours of teacher training from UPF Cal or UPF or any other school to qualify as a professional trainer and offer paid classes. I also understand that I am not authorized to offer any paid classes in the name of UPF or UPF Cal upon completion of this teacher training without prior consent and signed contract. I am also agreeing to these terms below to express sincere desires to learn all the yogic techniques taught in UPF. I am also agreeing to grant full rights to UPF & UPF Cal to use the class video recordings share internally for training purposes and short extracts in social media for marketing purposes. I release waiver to all videos recorded or essays/articles submitted by me as part of my assignments for publishing in Social media or website. I promise that I will not disclose the kundalini meditation technique or other instructions given to me regarding yoga and meditation procedure to anyone without the written consent of the UPF & UPF Cal. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
