Thanks for taking the next step. You're about to start receiving qualified appointments from customers every week who are ready to move forward — so your team can focus on selling instead of chasing. Fill out the sections below and you'll be live in our pipeline shortly.
Right after you submit this form, we in turn will send you the "Warm Lead Sales Agreement" (Master Service Agreement), which is the legal paperwork for this partnership. After reading, signing and returning that form, we will in turn reach out to you for a brief kickoff call at the time you have chosen below to confirm your preferences.
Once you're live, here's how the service runs:
Invoiced appointments are delivered on a pay-per-appointment basis — you're only billed for booked appointments.
You are free to cancel our services at any time. There are no subscription, retainer or cancellation fees. Please call or email us to confirm cancellation.
Each booked appointment is confirmed with the homeowner at least 24 hours (or less) in advance before billing is triggered.
Appointments will be inscribed on your CRM calendar in real time as the customer sets them (which is why we ask for your calendar credentials below). Customers may set the appointment anytime within the given month.
Our sweet spot of appointment volume is roughly ten to fifteen newly qualified appointments that will appear on your CRM calendar every week. Sometimes, there are more or less, and that may be adjusted as to your taste and ability to absorb them by simply contacting us for the adjustment.
If a confirmed appointment turns into a no-show, it's covered under our no-show credit policy (see terms in "Section 9" of the "Warm Lead Sales Agreement" ).
We charge $250 per booked appointment, which will be itemized and appear on your bi-weekly invoice.
Invoices are sent bi -weekly. One invoice will sent every two weeks to the primary email address you give us that will be embedded with payment link.
New clients start with a 5-appointment pilot at a discounted rate, $125 per generated appointment for the first five generated appointments, so you can evaluate quality before scaling up.
Our typical setup and launch window is within five days after receiving the information detailed on this sheet and the Master Service Agreement ("Warm Lead Sales Agreement"). During this period, we'll configure your calendar integration, set your qualification criteria, and execute any further preparations for launch.
You can expect a brief call or message from us once a week during your first month to review how things are going, answer questions, and make adjustments to targeting or qualification criteria, if needed. After that, check-ins move to an as-need basis, though we're always reachable when you need us.
Your primary point of contact is: Garrick Starks, for day-to-day questions. You can reach us at: 689-304-4255 (phone), or email at: [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day.
Review our qualification criteria (e.g., roof age, HOA allowances, credit score) on our website, "mobiuspipeline.com" (under "How Customers Are Qualified"), and add any additional criteria you deem necessary in the "Additional Qualification Criteria" field, below. No appointment is passed along to you by us unless they pass all of these criteria. Most clients find our criteria questions sufficient, but if you would like us to ask any additional questions to qualify the customer, add them below (having no questions to add is not unusual).
The last qualification question in our customer interview is: "On a scale of 1 to 10, if everything checks out at your visit, how willing are you to take the next step (1 = just looking, 10 = ready to go)?" We set this criteria to "8" by default, but your trigger number may be different. ANY NUMBER ANSWER LOWER THAN THIS LEAD QUALIFICATION NUMBER IS NOT INSCRIBED ON YOUR CRM CALENDAR AS AN APPOINTMENT. If you would like a higher or lower trigger number, please tell us specifically what that number is in the field labeled "Lead Qualifaction Critera (Number)" below, and we will modify this qualification criteria accordingly (for example, your idea of "moving to the next step " for a customer may be a "7" or higher rather than an "8", or may be a "9" or higher).
Finally, confirm how many hours you would like to have between appointments and we will adjust our scheduling calendar accordingly. This way, our respective calendars will sync properly.
To get your pipeline running, we'll need the following:
Company name and business address information
Primary contact name, email, and phone
Billing contact (if different from primary)
Service area / Zip codes
ADDITIONAL lead qualification criteria (*Please see website to view existing ten qualification questions. This question ask if there are any ADDITIONAL questions you would like to add)
Preferred time interval between booked appointments (e.g., one-hour, two-hours)
CRM calendar type (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar)
CRM user name and password (we ask this for purposes of syncing our respective calendars)
Once we receive this fully filled out form from you, we will then email the "Warm Lead Sales Agreement" (Master Sales Agreement) to the Primary Contact Email to be read, signed and returned. Only after we have these two documents signed and returned can we proceed to the next step. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THE "WARM LEAD SALES AGREEMENT", as it sometimes can appear there.
The "Warm Lead Sales Agreement" defines the legal parameters of our working relationship.
After you return the "Warm Lead Sales Agreement":
A downloadable version of the signed contract will be made available to you to preserve for your records.
We'll be in touch for your kickoff call at the day and time you scheduled above.
Your first week of appointments will begin about five days after all the paperwork is in.
Welcome aboard — we're glad to be working with you!
