This is a monthly subscription and will be charged $39.99 + GST on the 15th of each month through the payment method on my iClass account.
• A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
• The first month will be billed at 25% off ($29.99 + GST).
• After the initial 3 months, the subscription will automatically continue at the regular monthly rate of $39.99 + GST.
• Cancellations may be requested after the 3-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled and must be submitted before the 10th of the month to avoid the next charge.

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the $39.99, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

• AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Western Cheer will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle (15th of the month). Western will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below in the Section “Cancellation Policy”.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by completing the cancellation form.  Cancellation form must be completed and submitted PRIOR to the 10th of the month not to be charged for the following months’ subscription program. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.

• No Returns: You may not return any WC Gear you receive. If you have concerns about your gear, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will work with you to address your concerns.
