We are so glad you are here. Before we step into the conversation, we would love to learn a bit more about you. This brief questionnaire helps us capture the essentials and understand how you would like to be introduced, represented, and uplifted during your episode.
Think of it as your space — a chance to tell us what matters most, what you would love us to highlight, and anything you would prefer we leave out. Our priority is simple: that you know you are seen, respected, and completely comfortable from start to finish.
The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete, so we can thoughtfully prepare for your episode and ensure your story shines in the way you want it to.
On the show, you will share two moments: one where you knew you belonged, and one where you knew you did not. To help us shape the questions, let us know which area each moment lives in. Belonging shows up across six arenas:
Self: who you are when no one else is there, your own center
Home: the people who know you without your shoes on
Learning: formal education you choose to enter, such as school, college, an apprenticeship, or a certification, including the clubs and teams that come with enrollment
Community: the groups you join alongside people who are there for the same reason, such as a neighborhood, a congregation, a league, or a volunteer crew
Work: your professional life, including the groups that come with a job
Society: the strangers, systems, and civic and historical context every life is lived inside
You can choose one arena or combine a few. You do not need to tell the full story here. We will explore it together in the conversation.
