The tools you are signing out are the property of Gerald Marseille and Deshunna Mobley, owners of PGC Installation LLC. By signing this form you understand that the tools being rented out are under your responsibility and are required to be returned at the end of the business day. If it is not returned, then the employee will be held responsible for the missing tool. This will be considered theft by deception and we will file a police report to have ARRESTED.
