Ellect Stars recognises organisations that are demonstrating real progress towards gender balance in leadership.

This short pre-application enquiry will help us confirm whether your organisation meets the initial eligibility criteria for Ellect Stars. It should only take a minute to complete.

Once submitted, the Ellect Stars team at Cultural Infusion, our assessment and technology partner, will be in touch to guide you through the next steps and support you through the assessment process.
