Beginning in 2026, Life by Design launched its Facilitator Training Initiative to equip coaches, counselors, pastors, ministry leaders, and other influencers to lead transformational learning experiences within their churches, organizations, and communities.
Our vision is simple: multiply leaders who multiply disciples.
The first certification within this initiative is The Chosen Path, a six-week faith-based journey designed to help people deepen their relationship with Christ, discover God's purpose for their lives, and confidently walk the path He has prepared for them.

Proven Around the World
The Chosen Path is already making an international impact. Most recently, 24 pastors and ministry leaders completed our international Facilitator Training, and many are now launching groups within their churches and communities. Building on that momentum, Life by Design is excited to launch its national facilitator initiative throughout the United States.
Your Certification Journey
To become certified, facilitators participate in both:
• The Chosen Path Masterclass/Certification(120 minutes per week for six weeks)
This experience allows you to personally experience the curriculum before learning how to effectively facilitate it for others.
Upon certification, you'll be equipped to lead The Chosen Path whenever and wherever you choose, including churches, ministries, coaching practices, nonprofits, businesses, schools, community groups, or online gatherings.
You'll also be prepared to provide ongoing coaching and encouragement as participants continue growing in their faith and purpose.
More Than a Certification
Joining the Life by Design Coaching Network means becoming part of a growing community of leaders committed to helping others flourish. As the network continues to expand, facilitators will receive access to additional leadership development resources, coaching programs, discipleship materials, and certification opportunities. Our goal is to continually develop leaders who are equipped to develop others.
