Project Resurface coaching is collaborative. Joe provides structure, accountability, education, feedback and guidance. Outcomes depend on your execution, communication, consistency and individual circumstances; no specific outcome is guaranteed. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a place, or create a paid membership. Joe reviews each application. Qualified 1:1 applicants complete an assessment before a 15-minute fit call. Enrollment requires mutual fit and a human decision. No payment is collected here.
