Membership Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing this membership, you authorize BNG Studio to charge the payment method provided $35 per month on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership.

You understand and acknowledge that indoor tanning involves risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, burns, premature skin aging, eye injury, and an increased risk of skin cancer. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume the risks associated with the use of tanning equipment.

By purchasing and using the tanning facilities, you agree to follow all posted safety instructions and equipment guidelines and acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether tanning is appropriate for you. You agree to release and hold harmless BNG Studio, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from your voluntary use of the tanning facilities to the extent permitted by law.

Members are responsible for securing the facility upon entry and exit and for keeping building access information confidential. Membership access is for the purchasing member only and may not be shared.

Purchasing this membership confirms that you have read, understand, and agree to these membership terms and acknowledge the risks associated with indoor tanning.
