By completing registration, I acknowledge that participation in the EliteOffer Showcase, powered by Pro 7 Sports Group LLC, involves athletic testing and physical activity that may result in injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Pro 7 Sports Group LLC, its staff, coaches, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

I authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical care if necessary and agree to be responsible for any related costs.

I grant EliteOffer Showcase permission to use my image, likeness, name, performance results, and highlight footage for event coverage, rankings, and promotional use.

I have read and understood this waiver, and by proceeding with registration and payment, I agree to all terms on behalf of myself or my minor athlete.

Does not include Spotlight Card or videographer.

VIP Exposure Experience – $200

For athletes who want maximum exposure.
Includes VIP check-in (skip all lines) 1 year free professional recruiting profile & access to College Coaches, plus full verified testing, official rankings, recruiting seminar access, and scholarship offer ranking.
