Consultation Fee and No-Show Policy

A $49.00 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment and is charged at the time of booking. This policy applies to both in-person and online (telehealth) visits.

If you attend your consultation and enroll in any AthleticsMD® service, the $49.00 fee is credited toward the cost of that service.

If you attend your consultation but do not enroll in any service, the $49.00 fee is not refunded.

If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation, the $49.00 fee is forfeited in full.

You may reschedule without penalty by calling at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows, result in forfeiture of the fee.
