By registering or paying, you agree to the following:

1. Participation & Risk You participate at your own risk. Paschall Blanc Art Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects from participation or contact with art materials.

2. Art Materials We use professional acrylic paints in all classes, including children's classes. Acrylic paint is not washable and may permanently stain clothing and skin. We recommend wearing old clothes. The Studio is not responsible for stained or damaged personal items.

3. Photography By attending, you grant Paschall Blanc Art Studio permission to photograph and use images of you and/or your child for promotional purposes on social media, our website, and other platforms. To opt out, notify staff in writing before your session begins.

4. Text Messages By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from us. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

5. Recurring Payments & Cancellation Enrollment in a weekly class authorizes recurring charges to your payment method. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. Late cancellations will still be charged for that billing period.

6. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paschall Blanc Art Studio is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in our programming.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Polk County.

By completing payment, you agree to all terms above, consent to photography, SMS communications, and (if applicable) recurring billing and the 14-day cancellation policy.
