This work is deeply personal. Many women feel alone in what they’re experiencing. When you share your story, you remind someone else—they’re not broken, and they’re not alone.
What you’ve walked through matters—and your voice may be the bridge someone else needs.
Keep this clean and calming:
Record on your phone (selfie mode is perfect)
1–3 minutes is ideal, longer is just fine.
Don't be concerned about being perfect. Remember, we work towards authenticity!
Natural light, if possible
Find a nice lit place where you can set your phone to record you from a distance so we can see you (a book or coffee cup works!) and record yourself speaking from the heart (I can edit out ums and uhhs, etc.).
Speak like you’re talking to a friend or sister
Ideas about things you can share:
• What were you feeling or struggling with before this work?
• What made you decide to say yes, even if you were unsure?
• What was different about this experience compared to anything else you’ve tried?
• What has shifted for you—internally, emotionally, or in your life?
• What would you say to a woman who is hesitant but feels the pull to begin?
You can choose one or all three! - Sometimes the written testimonial makes a great script for the audio and video!
