Give the Gift of Education and Leave Your Legacy or That of a Loved One for Future Generations
"When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him."
— Hadith Sahih Muslim 1631

This Legacy Fund is established in the name of a family, loved one, or meaningful cause to serve as ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) by supporting students in need of interest-free educational funding.
Legacy Funds:
Are created by individuals, families, or businesses.
Can honor parents, grandparents, mentors, or a specific field (e.g., teachers, lawyers, physicians).
Include impact reports and visibility into students supported through the fund.
By signing this agreement, the Legacy Fund Creator acknowledges that:
Startup & Structure
The fund can be opened at any donation amount but becomes an official Legacy Fund once the balance reaches $10,000.
A one-time account setup fee of $300 is required.
Donations are tax-deductible and eligible as Sadaqah and Zakat where applicable.
Function & Management
All funds go directly toward interest-free educational loans for students vetted and approved by ACC.
ACC will create a dedicated fund page on its website and manage all loan distribution and repayment processes.
Legacy Fund creators can contribute at any time and may receive access to a dashboard (coming soon).
Annual impact reports will be provided to the primary contact on the fund. Additional stakeholders can be added at any time.
Perpetual Giving
Once the fund reaches $10,000, it becomes perpetual and cannot be closed. The donor may stop contributing, but ACC will continue managing and disbursing loans using the existing fund balance.
ACC does not charge ongoing management or operational fees from the fund.
The Legacy Fund Creator acknowledges the following:
All student loans from this fund will be handled exclusively by ACC, including:
Reviewing applications
Deciding loan amounts
Setting repayment terms
ACC retains final decision-making authority over which students are awarded and under what terms.
Legacy Fund Creators may refer students to their fund but:
All referred students must apply and be approved through ACC’s formal process.
No exceptions or bypasses are permitted.
Fund Creators may request updates to the fund name, website description, or banner image at any time by contacting:

ACC will never use funds from the Legacy Fund for operational or overhead costs. 100% of the funds are reserved for student support.
The Legacy Fund Creator understands:
Loan Repayment Risk: There is a risk that some students may default or fail to repay their loans.
ACC does its best to ensure repayment but does not guarantee full repayment and is not liable for any non-repayment.
