
SUNSTAR SOLUTIONS ROOFING AGREEMENT

Insurance Information:
Scope of Work: Sunstar Solutions (“Contractor”) is authorized to inspect, assess, and assist in the restoration of the customer’s roof and any related damage caused by hail, wind, or other covered perils in accordance with the customer’s insurance policy. This contract allows the contractor to communicate with the insurance provider and obtain necessary claim details to expedite the process.
Authorization and Agreement: The customer hereby authorizes Sunstar Solutions to:
Contact and communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
Obtain claim and policy details necessary to process the repair.
Perform roofing work upon insurance approval and customer’s confirmation of scope of work.
Negotiate with the insurance company to ensure fair assessment of damage and coverage.
Payment Terms:
The customer agrees that Sunstar Solutions will complete the work for the full insurance proceeds, including any deductible required by the insurance company.
Any upgrades, additional work, or non-insurance covered work will be quoted separately and require customer approval before proceeding.
The customer is responsible for paying their deductible as required by law.
Payment is due upon receipt of insurance funds and project completion.
Right to Cancel: The customer has the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of signing without penalty by providing written notice to Sunstar Solutions.
Acceptance: By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understand this agreement and authorize Sunstar Solutions to proceed with the insurance claim assistance and roofing project as outlined.
