Check-In Team: Greet guests, verify RSVP list, hand out name tags and wristbands

Membership Ambassador: Circulate during networking, explain SBN membership, assist sign-ups

Event Flow Support: Assist with transitions, timekeeping, directing guests

Survey Team: Distribute and collect surveys during and after the event

Social Media (Optional): Capture content, post stories with event hashtag

Setup / Breakdown Crew: Arrive early to help with setup, stay after to help break down
