This doesn't have to be the full site address at this stage but the first part of the postcode or town is useful to enable us to determine engineer resource based on job location.
This is important so we can determine the exact sampling required. Don't worry if you don't know, with the site postcode we can determine this ourselves.
Generally chlorination certificates remain valid for 14 days but the labs usually need at least 5 days to get the UKAS analysis completed.

Not all water authorities require a pressure test but we would highly recommend one as a 15 L/min leak will lose over 7 million litres of water per year.
Normally PE (polyethylene) but more Water Authorities are requesting barrier pipe. The price isn't affected but we need to know so we can bring the correct end caps and adapters.
How far away from one or other end is the water supply. Again an approximation is fine but whilst he vans have an amount of hose we may need to bring additional lengths.
Once the pipe is chlorinated the ends need to be correctly sealed. We can supply appropriate end caps if required.
Do you have an existing water supply and if so what is it? If you don't then it's OK as we can bring a bowser or tanker.
All engineers have EUSR National Water Hygiene cards and SHEA Water CSCS cards but if there is specific site induction it is useful to know so we can ensure engineers are prepared.
If there is an induction it is useful to know an approximate length so we ensure our engineers have enough time allocated to complete the induction and then the commissioning works.
This can be anything that is over and above the normal works such as site parking restrictions, days of operation etc.
We will take the correct Water Authority samples anyway but if you need additional samples such as Legionella or Pseudomonas please note that here.
