Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered by and between M.E.A.N. Advertising ("Disclosing Party") and ("Receiving Party").

Purpose: The purpose of this NDA is to protect confidential information related to the M.E.A.N. Advertising Affiliate Program.

Confidential Information: All trade secrets, techniques, and proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party.

Obligations: The Receiving Party agrees to:

1. Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential.

2. Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party.

3. Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of the Affiliate Program.

Duration: This NDA remains in effect until the Confidential Information becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party.

Miscellaneous: This NDA constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior discussions.
